Shelley Seger- Worship Director & Church Administrator

Shelley grew up in Louisiana until the age of 14, then her family moved to Alaska.  She was “born and raised” in the church and in a musical family.  She has been involved in Worship since the age of 16.

Shelley and Jason met in youth group as teenagers and have been married for 25 years.  They have 2 children, Candyce and Shane.

In 2000, Jason & Shelley decided to move to Bailey with her parents.  It was happy medium between AK and LA.  They love the mountains too much to move back south and Jason is AK Native and doesn’t care for the heat and humidity.

In 2002, her family started attending Crow Hill Bible Church. Several years ago, God started calling Shelley to lead worship.  She knew she had no professional training, but she had the passion.  She loves to lead God’s people into worship.

Shelley’s favorite past times are: spending time with family, camping, 4x4 and traveling.

Susan Bolte- Children’s Director

Susan and her husband, Mark, moved to Bailey, Colorado from South Carolina in 2019. They feel blessed to be living in such a beautiful place with wonderful friends, neighbors, and colleagues.

They have two grown sons, Scott (33), who lives in Ft. Collins and Reese (28), who lives with his wife and one year old son in S.C.

Susan worked as a registered nurse for 23 years before returning to school to become a teacher. She then worked as an elementary school teacher for 14 years.

Susan is delighted to be part of the CHBC community and the Children’s Ministry. Her passion is working with children and she is committed to contributing to the church in a positive and meaningful way. She sees her role at Crow Hill as both an incredible privilege and a huge responsibility. She promises to love and guide the kids to the best of her ability and thanks you for trusting her with your precious children.

Tanna Muse- Youth & Media Director

Tanna is a local girl who loves Bailey and CHBC. She grew up surrounded by youth pastors and youth leaders in her family and inherited that heart for youth. She knows what it's like to grow up in Bailey and wants to provide a safe, fun place for youth while also encouraging them to love God and others.

During her free time, you can find Tanna napping. She and her husband Matt live in Burland with one cat, one bunny, and five chickens.
